Project Description: Wave Services were appointed by Brady Construction Services to deliver the Mechanical and Electrical package for 10 new build story industrial units with office spaces on the first floors and warehouse/storage spaces on the ground floor.
Wave services were employed on a design and build basis and managed/delivered the following disciplines of work throughout the course of the project: Design to RIBA Stage 4a, Installation of all incoming water and electrical mains, installation of mains switch gear including panel and distribution boards, installation of external feeder pillars and associated external lighting, installation of electric vehicle charging points with smart controls and management system, installation of primary containment including cable trays, baskets and trunking, installation of small power services, installation of telephone and Data, installation of lighting and emergency lighting systems, installation of intruder alarm, installation of fire alarm system, installation of access control system, installation of accessible WC alarms, installation of transient surge protection, installation of lightning protection, installation of solar PV, installation of space heating Via LST Radiators and electric heating, domestic water heating via ASHP, installation of ventilation and ductwork services, installation of above ground drainage and  installation of sanitary ware.

Project Description: Wave services were employed on a design and build basis and managed/delivered the following disciplines of work throughout the course of the project: Design to RIBA Stage 4a, Site temporary supplies and lighting, removal of redundant LTHW heating system, relocation of heavy red steel pipework, installation of mains switch gear including panel and distribution boards, installation of external feeder pillars and associated external lighting, , installation of primary containment including cable trays, baskets and trunking, installation of small power services, installation of telephone and Data, installation of lighting and emergency lighting systems, installation of intruder alarm, installation of fire alarm system, installation of access control system, installation of transient surge protection, installation of lightning protection, installation VRF heating and cooling system, domestic water heating, installation of ventilation and ductwork services, installation external condensers and air handling unit installation of above ground drainage and  installation of sanitary ware.

Project Description: Wave services were employed on a design and build basis and managed/delivered the following disciplines of work throughout the course of the project: Design to RIBA Stage 4a, Site temporary supplies and lighting, installation of mains switch gear including panel and distribution boards, installation of sub main distribution, installation of gas distribution, insulation packages, positive air pressurisation package, AOV package installation of external feeder pillars and associated external lighting, , installation of primary containment including cable trays, baskets and trunking, installation of small power services, installation of telephone and Data, installation of lighting and emergency lighting systems, installation of intruder alarm, installation of fire alarm system, installation of access control system, installation of transient surge protection, installation of lightning protection, domestic water heating and gas combination boiler, installation of ventilation and ductwork services, and installation of sanitary ware.

Project Description: Wave were employed on a design and build basis to design, supply and install, VRF heating and cooling systems, MVHR ventilation systems, Electrical sub ain installations, primary containment for all M&E services, installation of mains distribution board, installation of buzz bar distribution system, Lighting installations, emergency lighting installations, hot and cold water distribution, above ground drainage, compressed air line distribution, data and structured cabling installations, fire alarm installations, ventilation balancing and full testing and commission package of all mechanical and electrical installations.

Project Description: Wave were employed on a design and build basis to design, supply and install a full building services installation including Electrical, Plumbing, Gas central heating, Fire Alarm, Ventilation, Nurse Call, Access Control, AOV, UPS Lightning protection for our client, Classic Builders.

Project Description: Wave were employed on a design and build basis to design, supply and install a full building services package for our client TEC Construction at Penryn University Campus for their new Camborne School of mines laboratory’s. Including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, AHU Installation, UPS Installation, Fume cupboard and LEV ventilation.

Project Description: Wave were employed on a design and build basis to design, supply and install a full building services package for our client Nevada Construction at The Tinside Lido on Plymouth Hoe for Plymouth City Council. Wave delivered the refurbishment of 1 floor and communal stairwells along with a maintenance electrical and mechanical upgrade project to all building services.

Project Description: Wave were employed on a design and build basis to upgrade all lighting within the building to Thorlux Smartscan. This was undertaken in a live University and delivered on time, in budget and managed around the complexities of working within a live building.

Project Description: Wave were employed to deliver the mechanical, electrical, ventilation and BMS systems to an extension of the Glenbourne facility at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. Working in a live hospital environment Wave managed the intricacies of the project whilst maintaining quality and programme for our client, Nevada Construction.
